Michelle Grojean has been in the commercial roofing industry for nearly a decade, devoting her professional attention to brand awareness, client acquisition, and team building. She pursues continuing education, fueling her passion for storytelling and strategically targeted messaging in creating business-changing content.

     She focuses much of her attention on the construction industry as a whole—especially among the young professionals. As the current Marketing Chair for the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) Young Professionals’ Florida Gulf Coast Chapter, Michelle dedicates her spare time to assisting the local construction industry and helping fellow young professionals succeed in the industry.

     She says, “It’s not easy being a woman in construction, but you’ve got to trust your knowledge, embrace your power, and truly love what you do.”
