WAITING LIST NOTIFICATION

Before you apply, please note and acknowledge that there is currently a waiting list, in order to maintain our ratio of Principal Members (property management professionals) and Associate Members (vendors) at a 50/50 balance.

However, you can avoid the waiting list if you bring a non-member Property Manager to join you. The Property Manager must not have an existing membership with BOMA, but another individual from their firm who is not a current member would qualify. If interested in sponsoring a manager please email BOMAMiami@gmail.com
