This committee is a team of professionals passionate about property management. They want to contribute to selecting Miami-Dade’s top properties and become more involved with BOMA.

Our planning is well underway, and this is now a closed committee. 

Each year, BOMA Miami-Dade hosts a spectacular evening to honor the exceptional properties and management teams participating in the awards program. Our TOBY Choice Gala is often called the "Oscars of Property Management." It’s a night dedicated to recognizing excellence and celebrating the hard work and dedication of those who set the standard in building operations.
