Jeffery Gross, AIA
, Managing Partner, Jeffery Gross Associates / Architects, P.A.

Jeffery Gross founded Jeffery Gross Associates / Architects / P.A. in 1973. As the Managing Partner, he has led the firm to the successful completion of many prominent projects, including renovations and new construction. Broadcast Television, Health Care Facilities, and ADA implementation have become areas that Mr. Gross has developed highly as part of the firm’s scope of services. Mr. Gross has become an expert in designing facilities for the physically disabled and elderly, and he has been an invited lecturer for the American Institute of Architects, the Agency for Health Care Administration, the National Construction Specifiers Institute Convention, and various other organizations. As the Building Owners and Managers Association’s representative on the Florida Building Commission, Mr. Gross is currently working “hands-on” in integrating and updating accessibility requirements into the State Building Code

John Garra, Square One Architecture 

John N Garra is the founding architect of Square One Architecture, the trusted source for design in South Florida. He is driven to create thoughtful architecture with a sense of place and sensitivity to the user experience and their environment. Several of the earliest LEED-certified projects in South Florida were designed and certified by Mr. Garra, making him a regional pioneer of green building certification, achieving the highest gold level certification. John also provides consultation services to property owners, managers, and businesses seeking to remove architectural barriers as required by the Americans with Disabilities Act.
